Booking and Payment 1.1 All bookings are made through glutenfreetour.us or authorized booking partners. 1.2 Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. 1.3 Prices are in USD and include applicable taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice for future bookings. 1.4 Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of payment and our issuance of a confirmation email or voucher.

2. We work with vendors who represent their offerings as gluten-free or celiac-safe. 3.2 We are not responsible for the accuracy of vendor claims, cross-contamination, or individual reactions to food. Participants with celiac disease, severe allergies, or other medical conditions participate at their own risk. 3.3 You agree to communicate any severe dietary needs directly to vendors during the Tour.

4. Cancellations, Refunds, and Changes 4.1 Cancellations by you:

More than [7–14 days – choose your policy] before the Tour start time: full refund minus any non-refundable booking fees.

No-shows: no refund. 4.2 We may cancel or reschedule a Tour for any reason, including (but not limited to) weather, low enrollment, vendor issues, safety concerns, or force majeure events. If we cancel, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule (subject to availability). 4.3 We reserve the right to substitute stops, routes, or experiences of comparable value without prior notice.

5. Weather and Outdoor Activities 5.1 Tours operate rain or shine unless deemed unsafe by us (e.g., severe weather, lightning, flooding). 5.2 Dress appropriately for weather conditions. We do not provide refunds for discomfort due to weather.

6. Assumption of Risk, Waiver, and Release of Liability 6.1 Participation in the Tours is voluntary and involves inherent risks, including (but not limited to): slips/trips/falls on uneven/wet surfaces, traffic hazards, weather exposure, food-related illness or allergic reactions, third-party vendor actions, crowds, construction, and other urban walking hazards. 6.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Gluten Free Walking Tour, its owners, guides, employees, agents, affiliates, and partners (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising from injury, illness, death, property damage, or loss sustained by you during or as a result of the Tour, whether caused by negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise. 6.3 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims brought by third parties arising from your actions or participation.

7. Conduct 7.1 You agree to follow all instructions from your guide and comply with local laws. 7.2 We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or violates these Terms without refund.

8. Intellectual Property and Photos 8.1 We own all rights to Tour content, routes, and materials. 8.2 By participating, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use any photos or videos you take during the Tour that include our guides, branding, or stops for promotional purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the Tour. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.
